SHIPPING & REFUNDS
Most orders are shipped via USPS within 3 business days of your order. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. If you need anything else from us please email us at or call us at 832-385-9592 between the time of 9:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. Thank you.
Simply Home-Made Candy Company is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return your purchase IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING within 10 days of purchase. No questions asked and no restocking fees.
1. Email to receive your return authorization. If the item is damaged or defective in shipping we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and may ship back the item using the carrier of his or her choice.
2. We do not accept returns on any item after 10 days of purchase.
3. If you believe that your package was damaged in shipping we require you to notify us within 5 days of delivery and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
4. To cancel an order please contact Simply Home-Made Candy Company, LLC as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your oder has shipped we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed it at our warehouse.
5. All refunds will receive an email confirmation for their records.
