FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How long does the fudge last?
The fudge will not go bad but it will start drying out. We have found that in the containers we package in, the fudge stays creamy for about three months. If your fudge does get dry you can just cut away the dryer outside to get to the creamy center.

We do not recommend putting your fudge in the refrigerator. The humidity will not do any favors for your fudge and could make it sticky. We recommend you keep it in a dry cool place like your counter.
  • Can I freeze my fudge?
YES, you can freeze your fudge. Sugar and chocolate freezes very well. You can freeze your fudge for up to a year. The secret to success is when you take your fudge out of the freezer do not open it immediately. Sit it out on the counter for three to four hours until your fudge’s temperature has come up to room temperature and the moisture on the outside of the container has disappeared. Your fudge will taste as good as the day you put it in the freezer.
