When we crack out Old Fashion Peanut Brittle we always have small pieces that are too small to put in the tin.  We had always sprinkled these bits over a nice bowl of ice cream.  Now that we are making more brittle than our ice cream consumption can keep up with, we have bagged them for everyone to share.
