In 2011 my wife Terri and I had a dream of creating a business where we could bring smiles and happiness to others by making sweet treats using our passion for creating delicious confections. Our first treats we made were cake balls, that is why we have a cake ball as our logo. We then started to get requests for cakes. We started with birthday cakes which led to several wedding cakes and grooms cakes. Although we were happy doing this, we were looking for something else that we could create with a variety of flavors and introduce our company to the commercial world.
In October 2014 we decided to start making fudge The Brazoria County Fair and Rodeo was our very first show and our term ’fudge fan’ was born. We are dedicated to crating the best tasting and most desired confections that bring happiness to our fans at a reasonable price point. All of our products use the best base ingredients that are available to us. Your happiness with our products remains our highest priority. We listen to our fans requests. In December 2017 we added English Pecan Toffee, Peanut and Pecan Brittle to our lineup. In 2018 we added our sugar-free KETO friendly products of pralines and toffee.These treats were an overwhelming success. In 2019 we were asked to partner with the H-E-B grocery store chain as well as became a 'Go Texan' branded candy manufacturer. We like to hear what flavors or confections you think would be a delight to our fudge fan nation.
Terri and I want to thank all of our friends, fans, and family for all of the support they have given to us over the years. We look forward with great optimism on the new smiles and fun memories we can bring to people with our sweet goodness.
